I discovered this one physiological-productivity hack and this is called the Pomodoro effect.
It’s simple. Take a short 5-minute break after every 25 minutes of work.
This hack is based on evolutionary biology, and which tells us the fact that out brain on a single thing for a long period of time to ensure our survival. Deactivating your brain by taking a break and then activating it again will surely help yo stay more focused.
I find this timer useful and I use this website to set a timer, y'all can check out https://pomofocus.

TOOLS OF TITAN -TIM FERRISS
If u ever check the Goodread comments on this particular book, you will notice a vast spectrum of opinions and controversies.
But to me, I really enjoyed this book, I used to read one page daily and move to another book.
Truth be told, this book had a certain lack of consistency in terms of quality of advice. But the book is kind of transcript of all Tim Ferriss podcasts but also love the fact that the books covers a huge aspect and variety of matter inside it.
7/10, will certainly read once again.
